We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales and generating new business opportunities within the industrial packaging sector.
Key Responsibilities: Qualifications: Proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably within the industrial packaging or related industry.Strong hunting mentality with a passion for generating new business and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to succeed and thrive in a commission-based sales role.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Compensation: Base salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 annually.Uncapped commission structure with significant earning potential.Approximate year 1 total compensation including commission is expected to range from $80,000 to $100,000.
