We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the funding or mortgage lending industry, with a proven ability to network, develop business autonomously, and drive sales. This role will involve managing hot leads, cultivating new opportunities, and contributing to our company's growth.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate new business and expand existing client relationships.Engage with hot leads to convert them into successful funding agreements.Network and build strong relationships with potential clients, industry professionals, and referral sources.Demonstrate expertise in funding and mortgage lending to effectively address client needs and provide tailored solutions.Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.Collaborate with the internal team to ensure accurate and timely processing of client applications. Qualifications: Proven experience in the funding or mortgage lending industry with a track record of success in sales.Strong ability to network and develop business independently.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work autonomously.Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
