Business Development Lead

We are looking for a Business Development team member to join our team and help us grow our core business, craft new deal structures, and develop GTM strategies for our offerings.
Responsibilities
Work with the founding team throughout the deal process as we bring our initial product to market - working through deal structure templates, joining initial calls and developing proposals, negotiating terms, and working to sign new business for Inductive
Develop and implement strategies to scale out Inductive's core product line
Develop value prop, business model, and GTM strategy for additional offerings that allow Inductive to scale its impact and business
Monitor market trends and identify potential new customer segments and opportunities
Who You Are
10+ years in biopharma business development, with hands on deal experience
Strong scientific background, bonus points if in medicinal or computational chemistry
Interest in software, machine learning, and AI
