AMDT is actively seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams. We are looking for a motivated, engaging, and well-rounded individual who will be responsible for managing both inbound and external leads for the sales team.Lead Management - Qualify and manage inbound leads from marketing, in addition to outbound prospecting focused on the Manufacturing industryCustomer Engagement - Contact prospective customers in the assigned area to determine their needs and degree of interest in the company's products and servicesSales Demonstration - Schedule or conduct web sales demonstrations and maintain detailed notes in the lead tracking system. Ensure resources are available for effective demos when neededProduct and Competitior Knowledge - Be knowledgeable about the company's products and services, as well as the activities of competitorsCustomer Relationship Management - Maintain positive customer relationships to maximize product/service satisfaction, obtain new sales, and strengthen existing relationshipsCross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with the rest of the sales team and other departments such as marketing, customer service, and sales supportExperience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.Tools - Proficiency in sales tools such as Salesforce and HubSpotIndustry Knowledge - Strong understanding of the Industrial Automation spaceSkills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skillsLanguage - Fluency in both German and English Education - Preferred associate's or bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related fieldExperience in Food & Beverage industryPrevious experience working in a start-up or fast-paced growth environmentThen don't wait any longer and send us your resume.
