Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution.
The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $160,000.00 and $180,000.00 annually plus bonus opportunities.

Requirements A proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic, high level business plans in the government and defense sectors for at least five years or more. Deep expertise in federal budget trends, market research, and competitive analysis. Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. Ten years or more of high-level business development that regularly delivered multi-year, multimillion-dollar contracts focused on either providing technical services or the purchase of high-value capital equipment or software. Ability to travel 80% of the time or more as needed for work.
