Job Description:
The Business Development Manager will have a nationwide scope, covering the entire United States. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities and support the Territory Managers in closing deals. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Ag Retail industry, selling products to customers in the field and conducting product demonstrations. Knowledge of working with an equipment manufacturer is also advantageous. The role requires frequent travel, approximately 40-50% of the time, across the United States and occasional trips to Germany to visit the holding company. The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, with a 20% annual bonus based on performance.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
Strong background in Ag Retail is highly desirable.
Proven ability to sell products to customers in the field and conduct product demonstrations.
Experience working with an equipment manufacturer is beneficial.
Willingness to travel extensively across the United States and occasionally to Germany.
