Role Overview: We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts across the United States.
In this role, you'll play a critical role in acquiring new partnerships with hotels and resorts, leveraging your expertise in sales, product knowledge, and account management to drive revenue growth and enhance client performance.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Prospecting: Identify and prioritize high-value prospects within the hotel and resort sector, leveraging market insights and industry trends to develop targeted sales strategies. Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers, through consultative selling and strategic engagement. Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value proposition of BnBerry's solutions and addressing client needs and pain points. Solution Selling: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique challenges and objectives, proposing tailored solutions that drive revenue growth, enhance operational efficiency, and improve guest experiences. Deal Negotiation: Lead negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring favorable terms and agreements that align with client objectives and drive mutual success. Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, overseeing ongoing account management activities, including revenue tracking, performance analysis, and strategic account planning. Performance Optimization: Partner with clients to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and performance improvement, leveraging data-driven insights and industry best practices to drive continuous growth and innovation. Requirements Qualifications: Proven Track Record: Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in the travel tech or SaaS space, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the hospitality industry, including knowledge of hotel booking platforms, property management systems (PMS), and revenue management practices. Product Knowledge: Strong familiarity with BnBerry's products and solutions, with the ability to articulate key features, benefits, and use cases to clients. Demonstration Skills: Proficiency in conducting engaging and informative product demonstrations, effectively showcasing the value proposition of BnBerry's solutions to clients. Account Management Experience: Experience managing client relationships and driving account growth through strategic account planning, revenue optimization, and performance analysis. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and value propositions in a clear and compelling manner. Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment and adjusting strategies in response to changing market dynamics.
