Charger Logistics is hiring a Business Development ManagerTravel to Canada office occasionallyOpportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the company

Responsibilities
• Work closely with President and Director of Sales to develop territory and account strategies• Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts• Problem-solving, prospecting, cold calling, networking, and making connections• Manage and define financial resources related to projects• Learn the business and foster relationships to earn new accounts
Requirements
• Proven track record in new business development• 5+ years of sales and account management experience in transportation industry• Experience with B2B sales involving complex deals• Strong knowledge of sales planning process• Ability to interface with customers at all levels• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills• Strong negotiation skills and closing ability• High energy and genuine passion for selling• Ability to work independently or in a team• College or university degree in marketing or business-related field (asset)
