Job Delivery:
? Implement headquarters retail strategy, including but not limited to overall/individual module
strategies, national retail model design & implementation, improve retail operations systems
? Implement retail strategy and planning based on different market status, manage
display/experience/activities/Purchase Sales Inventory(PSI) with the store as the core, and
be responsible for C-end customers target achievement. Be able to propose a retail strategy
and planning for the U.S market and industry conditions.
? Manage the retail GTM/store/marketing/materials modules under your jurisdiction, focusing
on project and national success to optimize the operational mechanisms of various retail
modules, continuously empower modules/teams, and drive business development.
? Collect and feedback market and consumer trend changes and purchasing preferences
through stores
? Coordinate internal and external resources to diagnose, support, empower, and refine the
retail operation model of global core countries, responsible for national retail target
achievement and retail efficiency.
? Building a succession plan for engaging and retaining a diverse team to fuel internal growth;
actively recruits and interviews to build an external network of talent to add different
perspectives and experience to the team
? Building a highly engaged team that embodies brand DNA through effective
collaboration, open and honest communication, and prioritization of work.

? As a Multi-territory Retail Performance Manager, you will lead multiple
locations while supervising your Brand Ambassador team and providing support they need
? Resolves conflicts as soon as they arise, finding common ground and settling disputes fairly
and with minimal disruption
? Structures messages in a clear logical manner using the most appropriate communication
medium
? Responsible for the performance and career development of direct reports
? Actively recruits and hires quality talent to add to team, planning for and creating talent
bench
? Meet and exceed national team KPIs and assures that rewards are tied to objectives and
requirements

Personal Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management
? History of leading, motivating, and coaching team with 50 - 100 people to achieve objectives
