Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will leverage their knowledge and experience in the third-party logistics field to oversee the growth and development of their team. This role will manage the account production of each team member, review key performance metrics, and coach and develop new and existing employees. The Business Development Manager is someone with a proven track record of sales achievements, tenacity, and drive in managing every aspect of the sales process, and is ready to jump into an exciting opportunity to help grow the Chattanooga branch.
