Key Responsibilities: Outbound Sales Calls: Generate leads and build relationships by conducting outbound calls to prospective clients in the manufacturing and warehouse industries.In-Person Sales Drops: Engage with potential clients through in-person visits, building rapport and securing new business.Client Onboarding & Safety Walk-Throughs: Conduct on-site meetings and walk-throughs with potential clients to ensure alignment with operational and safety needs.KPI Reporting: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) weekly to the leadership team.Account Management & Expansion: Enter job orders into the ATS system and conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to manage and grow relationships with existing clients.Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with sales and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
