Business Development Manager Job Overview: Join our dynamic sales team as an Business Development Manager and play a critical role in expanding our business. As a key player in driving new business development, you will actively engage with potential clients in the field, building strong relationships and securing new opportunities. Your ability to identify and connect with potential clients, coupled with your exceptional communication skills, will be pivotal in propelling our sales efforts. Responsibilities: Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct targeted field visits, attend networking events, and engage in community outreach to discover potential clients and generate leads. Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Close Sales Deals: Utilize your persuasive skills to turn prospects into clients, achieving or surpassing monthly sales targets. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with Talent Acquisition Managers and other sales team members to ensure seamless communication and transition of client information. Monitor and Report on Sales Activities: Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, sales progress, and outcomes, using our CRM system. Stay Informed on Market Trends: Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth. Provide Feedback: Share valuable insights with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve lead generation efforts. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Meet or Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently achieve quarterly sales goals and revenue targets. Lead Generation: Demonstrate success in generating high-quality leads through field efforts. Client Engagement: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction from initial contact through the closing of sales. Sales Pipeline Growth: Contribute to the steady expansion of the sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Qualifications: Proven experience in outside sales in Staffing or HR Consulting Services , lead generation, or a similar role with a focus on client acquisition and relationship building. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence clients. Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales enablement tools. Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Self-motivated and driven to exceed sales goals. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
