Socket is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to prospect, qualify, and close high-value clients.
Role & Responsibilities Own the sales process, including initial discovery, product demonstrations, and negotiations for potential clients Collaborate with internal stakeholders for client proposals and technical demonstrations Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Socket protocol Participate in Web3 conferences and key industry events to discover customer needs Required Experience 3+ years experience in crypto project in business development or growth roles Experience with sales and lead generation strongly preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels within an organization You are a quick learner and comfortable with ambiguity You have a track record of successfully selling complex solutions What you'll like about us: We have real scale - our product reaches millions of people in crypto and our users love us No micromanagement bullshit.
