Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition.
Sales Strategy Development: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive results.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent Poppulo and expand our professional network.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance personal and team performance.
Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with a diverse range of experiences, from entry-level to senior-level positions. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:


Education: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
Experience: Relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field is a plus. We welcome candidates from various backgrounds and levels of experience.
Personality Traits: We seek individuals who are resourceful and energetic, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving results.
Soft Skills: Strong emotional intelligence is essential for building relationships and understanding client needs. Excellent planning and organizational skills are also critical for managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
