Where you'll see your impact: As an Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping potential patients understand and access NuvoAir's services. You'll focus on building relationships with referred patients, explaining the benefits of our care model, and guiding them through the enrollment process. This position emphasizes phone-based communication, where you'll proactively reach out to patients, address their questions, and schedule their first appointments. What you'll be responsible for: High Call Volume Management (80% plus of the time): Spend most of your day making outbound calls to patients referred to NuvoAir, also receiving some inbound calls. You'll discuss our services, explain insurance coverage and payment options, and schedule their initial appointments. Relationship Building: Actively engage with prospective patients through warm and empathetic communication. Build trust quickly and create a positive first impression. Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by addressing patient inquiries, guiding them through the process, and ensuring they understand the value of our care model. This may be a fit if you have: •Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and cold outreach. •Friendly, patient, and empathetic, especially when working with older patients. •Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and scheduling systems, demonstrating a good understanding of healthcare technology. •Strong customer service and communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with patients and team members. •Keen attention to detail, enabling accurate work completion even in a fast-paced environment. •Proficient in using computer software applications, including Google Workplace #LI-REMOTE #BI-REMOTE
