JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Business Development Representative
to join our dynamic team and contribute to our growth journey.
As our
Business Development Representative , you will play a critical role in driving our sales and growth strategy. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and will be responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
Your responsibilities include:
Lead Generation:
Conduct thorough research and leverage multiple channels (calls, emails, social media) to identify and qualify potential leads.
Value Proposition Communication:
Articulate the benefits and value of our products/services to prospective clients.
Pipeline Management:
Schedule meetings and product demos for our sales team, ensuring a seamless transition of qualified leads.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
CRM Mastery:
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all lead interactions in our CRM system.
Goal Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointments set.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.

They will have integrity and a desire for professional development, be willing to learn and have exceptional people and team management skills. The candidate should also possess :
Minimum of 1 year of management experience, preferably in a remote or virtual setting
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building high-performing teams
Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
Proficiency in sales software and tools (e.g., CRM, sales automation platforms)
