What You'll Be Doing:
Identify, create, and respond (via phone/email) to defined accounts – inbound + outbound sales opportunities
Qualify interested financial advisors and introduce them to YCharts Account Executives
Ensure prospective client comprehension of our sales processes to establish positive client relationships
Actively participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
Prior sales training and/or experience with cold/warm calling
Experience in fintech or within the financial advisor community
Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to impress and delight
Grit, determination, positive attitude, and distinct attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (especially via phone)
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or similar
Compensation:
Base Salary: $55,000 annually -
($75,750 OTE)
This position is also eligible for uncapped commissions.
