As a Business Development Representative, you'll focus on selling cleaning products to large organizations such as hotel chains and nursing homes. This role is ideal for someone skilled in building client relationships and driving high-volume sales with decision-makers in purchasing.
Key Responsibilities Identify and target new clients, researching companies in hospitality and healthcare with extensive cleaning needs.Build and maintain relationships with purchasing directors, ensuring client satisfaction through consistent, professional communication.Develop sales strategies tailored to each client, proposing solutions aligned with their specific needs and goals.Lead negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client feedback, adjusting strategies as needed.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and resolve any post-sale issues.Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by effectively managing your pipeline and staying focused on results. Requirements Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within cleaning or related sectors, with experience engaging senior decision-makers.Strong communication and negotiation skills, adaptable to formal presentations and informal discussions.Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.Self-motivated and capable of working independently, managing time, and achieving goals with minimal oversight.Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and ensure thorough follow-up with each client.Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software for tracking leads, managing client data, and monitoring performance. What We Offer
