Nurta Home Healthcare is looking for an Outgoing, Caring, Sympathetic Super Health care Coordinator who is always ready to help with solid knowledge of Home Health Care, Home care, and Private Duty Nursing (PDN) business.

Pay: Based $50,000.00- $60,000.00/ Annually + Incentive Bonuses: Generous performance-driven Incentive Compensation package (Information will be given during screening)

Business Development Representative (BDR) Responsibilities will include:
• Responsible for creating and implementing an overall marketing strategy and build relationships in the community while increasing patient census and fostering partnerships with physicians, clinics, hospitals, community centers, elder law attorneys, Assisted Living Facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and other Home Health, Hospice, and Home Care companies.
• Handle various projects and deadlines to support the President of Operations.
• Ability to help drive business, i.e., new locations, be analytical, able to generate decision-making reports and must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, CRM (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint presentation).
Non-Medical Home Care:
• Conduct presentations when appropriate to:
• Hospital social services department/care management department
• Doctor Offices
• Branches team
• Maintain a list of all our referral sources along with new prospects to be used for mailings
Home Health Care / Private Duty Nursing:
• Establish and maintain mutually beneficial working relationships with current and potential referral sources and payers
• Participate with the management team in strategic planning activities, identifying opportunities to improve services and meet customer needs
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Agency's markets, key referral sources, and position in the market related to competitors
• Develop and maintain information on available community resources and assist patients and staff in accessing services or information
• Work with clinical and workforce staff to ensure a consistent message to the customers and community
• Assist clinical staff with paperwork related to referrals.
Makes calls on referral sources for new client data or to have signatures obtained
• Help identify and track progress
• Collaborate with leaders and the Facility team in identifying and tracking relocation progress from build-out to operational
• Suggest performance improvement projects and tracking KPIs for the current business
• Other projects as assigned
• Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
• Compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts
• Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company's presence in the market
• Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
• Build relationships with referral sources
• Assist in signing client paperwork
Other Requirements:
• Attend all staff and employee meetings
• Complete daily log of activities
• Complete monthly report of accounts, accomplishments & goals
• Provide suggestions to improve the efficiency of the office
• Provide suggestions for the recruitment of CHHAs, RNs, and LPNs.
Business Development Representative (BDR) Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• Care Coordinator Preferred
• 1-5 years of Sales Experience
• Requires 1-5 years of marketing, public relations, or communications experience in skilled nursing or health care setting preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of marketing management and strategic planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to network and build positive relationships internally and externally
• Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced culture
• Must display and promote a professional demeanor
