Role Overview: We are seeking energetic and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our newest Field Sales Representatives as they learn our products and sales process.
Your primary focus will be assisting sales reps through outbound phone calls, training, and nurturing the growth of our nationwide salesforce.
*This role is onsite at our headquarters in NYC. Key Responsibilities: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to new sales reps, demonstrating our products and sales strategies.Monitor and evaluate the performance of new users, providing feedback to ensure high performance.Collaborate with other departments to align training with overall business strategies and sales targets.Coach and support new sales reps throughout the onboarding process Qualifications: 2-3 years of sales experience (exceptional entry-level candidates welcome)Strong experience in training and developing sales teams, with a knack for conveying complex concepts in a simple manner.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining poise under pressure and inspiring a team.Demonstrated ability to handle and grow small-format, independent business relationships.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
