About Topline Pro We're building AI powered Shopify for service businesses. We help service pros (e.g., roofers, landscapers, painters, cleaners) acquire direct business, fast. Up and running within minutes using Gen AI, our digital storefront products help pros get discovered, trusted, and booked repeatedly.
Topline Pro is co-founded by Nick Ornitz (CEO) and Shannon Kay (CPO) with an excellent team of 30+ rockstars with plans to expand more in 2024. We serve thousands of local service businesses and were named as one of the 2023 top 50 Tech Companies building for SMBs. We're YC-backed and well funded (Series A 2023) with several years runway, and we've experienced rapid growth in the past year. We're looking for a sales team member who is eager to work with SMBs in a fast paced, high volume environment.

What you'll doThe focus of the role will be to own the full sales cycle from qualifying the lead to closing the sale (all lead identification will be provided in advance)Conduct outbound sales efforts across multiple communication mediums (E.g., cold calling and email sequences)Manage pipeline of active leads and utilize sales software (Hubspot, Salesloft)Refine and iterate sales messaging and contribute to growth team brainstorming sessions on improving our sales processActively manage customer accounts post sale and relay product learnings to the product team ?? What we're looking for1+ years experience in sales (a bonus if SMB sales)Comfort with reaching out to cold leads through multiple communications channels (phone, email, etc.) with an enthusiasm for developing sales skills through cold callingAdvanced time management skills with the ability to multitask through a high volume of relationships / initiatives at the same timeDesire to work with or experience working with small teams in an agile, startup environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSomeone eager to learn and grow in sales! ??
