Associate Degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field2+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a B2B service organizationStrong understanding of sales prospecting and appointment settingDeep knowledge of B2B sales strategy and principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized and detail-orientedPassionate about helping othersDemonstrates a "Do-What-It-Takes" attitudeValid driver's license and reliable transportation Manage inbound calls from CEOs, Presidents, and CFOs, converting leads into appointmentsEnsure customer accounts, contacts, and information are up-to-date and accurate in the CRM systemClassify customer accounts in the CRM based on predetermined criteria (Lead, Prospect, Client, etc.)Collaborate with the management team to define, schedule, and execute the "next steps" for each accountCreate strategic marketing lists based on industry, location, account classification, activity, and product adoptionHold 3–6 qualified sales appointments per week, aiming for 2 qualified appointments weeklyEmbody and promote the company's commitment to customer obsessionStay informed on the business, regulatory, and economic environments affecting the company and its stakeholdersBuild strong relationships with the internal teamMaintain the confidentiality and integrity of all company and customer information Qualify all leads and prospects to ensure focus on "Ideal Customers"Support Solution Advisers in securing new customers by regularly setting qualified sales appointmentsBe proactive about account development, ensuring there is always a defined "next step" and that accounts are actively managed Ensure the CRM system is consistently current and accurateMeet or exceed sales quotas consistently Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 per year (OTE: $65K - $85K)
