We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Job ResponsibilitiesIdentify and analyze potential client's insurance needs through direct communication, engagement, and relationship building with our exclusive leads.Present and sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses, including life, health, and concepts around each including infinite banking and retirement planning.Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks.Maintain and grow a client base by reaching out to new leads and by nurturing relationships with existing clients.Explain features, advantages, and disadvantages of various policies to promote sales and help clients make informed decisions.Prepare and complete insurance paperwork, including applications, endorsements, and policy changes.Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including completion of appropriate forms and necessary medical examinations.Follow up with clients after initial meetings or conversations to continue the sales process and address any concerns.Keep abreast of developments in the insurance industry, and stay informed about products, services, and best practices.Meet and strive to exceed individual and team sales targets set by the company.Respond to clients' insurance-related questions and issues in a timely and professional manner.Use various methods to contact leads, such as texting, email, warm calling, and using referrals.Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up processes in a company database or customer management system. Job RequirementsProven work experience as a sales representative, preferably in the insurance industry.Active state-approved insurance sales license or willing to obtain one.Strong understanding of sales principles, insurance products, and customer service practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.Solid knowledge of various insurance policies including health, life, property, and casualty.High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong organizational and time management skills.Familiarity with the local market and insurance regulations.Ability to analyze insurance needs and design appropriate coverage plans for clients.Willingness to attend in-house educational seminars and training sessions to enhance insurance industry knowledge and sales skills.Willingness to meet clients via video conferencing and or calls and texts.Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed.
