Responsibilities: • Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles • Create a competitive analysis, identify industry and product trends, and position our brand as the clear and obvious choice • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently • Initiate outgoing cold calling and emailing to potential customers, schedule in-person sales appointments, and follow up on client requests for information • Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads Qualifications: • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team's goals • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience • Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software • Strong time management skills, excellent communication skills both written and verbal, exceptional interpersonal skills and presentation skills Compensation: $55,000 base per year + commission
