Job Overview: Search Solution Group is looking for a Business Development Representative on behalf of our client, a national wholesaler of packaging, shipping, and industrial supplies.
This role is essential in driving new revenue opportunities by managing client relationships and executing market activation tactics.
As the largest packaging wholesaler in the nation, our client offers innovative products, services, and technology to support the growth of their customers' businesses.
The Business Development Representative will work with existing and prospective customers to achieve defined sales and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities: Execute market activation strategies to achieve new business quotas.
Manage client relationships within a designated sales territory.
Conduct sales meetings with both current clients and new accounts to educate their sales teams on BOX wholesale programs and capabilities.
Autonomously manage key sales-driving activities such as customer proposals, account sales analysis, and business reviews.
Achieve or exceed defined sales and profit targets through effective customer engagement and relationship management.
Requirements Include:

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years of related sales experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent sales and persuasion abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Driven, competitive, and able to manage time efficiently.
Key Competencies: Communication: Clear, concise, and persuasive communication skills, both written and verbal.
Autonomy: Ability to work independently, managing time and resources efficiently to meet sales goals.
Sales Acumen: Strong understanding of sales processes, market analysis, and business development strategies.
Relationship Building: Capable of nurturing and growing client relationships to drive long-term success.
Additional Information: Work Environment: Remote work with frequent client visits and overnight travel required.
Reporting Structure: Reports to the Regional Sales Manager.
