Business Development Support Specialist to join our dynamic Sales Enablement team

in our Chicago office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team, initiating and fostering relationships with architects, contractors, and key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities to drive sales and market share growth across North America.

This position is hybrid - in the office Monday through Thursday with ability to work-from-home on Friday.

What You Will Be Doing
Implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand market presence within the designated territory.
Use project databases to uncover new opportunities and initiate contact with prospective customers.
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate presentations, and handle customer inquiries promptly.
Support sales managers with data analytics and sales reporting insights.
Manage and maintain sales records, including customer information, sales activity, and pipeline data within the CRM system.
Engage with architects, designers, and contractors to promote Rockfon's product portfolio.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to assist sales in customer engagement.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
Provide exceptional service and support, ensuring a positive experience with Rockfon products and services.

What You Bring
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
2+ years in sales with strong customer service focus
Proficiency with

CRM software ,

Microsoft Office Suite , and general office technology.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a

fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic

The salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $65,000 annually. Your salary is determined based on location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
