The Business Expansion Manager will play a crucial role in growing our client's Project Management Practice by seeking out and securing high-value new business opportunities. This role is ideal for a results-driven, high-energy individual who excels in business development within the EPC industry.
Primary Duties: Aggressively pursue new accounts and drive business expansion in key industries. Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the Project Management Practice. Use professional networks to identify and close new business opportunities. Meet or exceed revenue and business growth targets consistently. Create innovative account strategies to capture market share and grow business from high-value clients. Maintain a proactive, results-oriented approach to consistently closing new business opportunities. Minimum Requirements: Willing to travel up to half the time to meet with customers. Bachelor's degree or higher. CRM experience, preferably Salesforce. 10 years of experience with business expansion in one or more of the following sectors: Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Heavy Industrial, Construction, Manufacturing, Utilities. 5 years or more in Business Development Services. Sales experience of project management services. Project management consulting experience. MS Suite proficiency. EPC revenue experience. Compensation and Benefits: Commission. CTC 150k to 180k.
