Position Overview
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for company and department level performance visibility and reporting across REsurety. You will work with key stakeholders to maintain and improve upon our reports and dashboards. You will own the administration of key systems, such as our CRM, to ensure high quality data and support teams such as Sales and Customer Success in progressing quickly towards their goals. You will also own the adoption of processes and tools that give our business and teams visibility and opportunities for efficiency and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Enable business forecasting through dashboards and reporting
Administer key systems to ensure high quality data and streamlined workflows
Develop actionable insights to help teams reach business goals
Own content development for key company meetings, including board, senior leadership, and sales forecasting meetings
Introduce industry best practices for business intelligence
Required Experience & Qualifications
4+ years of experience in business intelligence and analytics
Salesforce administration (or similar CRM)
Tableau (or similar BI tools)
Automation of data extraction from a variety of systems and tools
Process-oriented thinking, with the ability to distill complexity into simple, actionable information
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to tell insightful stories through data and trends
Business data architecture
Technical proficiency in querying databases (e.g. SQL)
Experience in power markets, renewable energy, financial services, or a related field
