Summary of Job:
At Lee Company, the Business Intelligence (BI) team plays a pivotal role in shaping data-driven strategies that drive operational efficiency and elevate both customer and employee experiences.
The Business Intelligence Analyst will contribute to these initiatives by developing and maintaining data models, pipelines, and reporting structures that align with the companys strategic objectives.
They will partner with internal teams across the organization to train and support our Power BI Citizen Report Developers, streamline data processes, and ensure actionable insights and data solutions are accessible to decision-makers.
This position will be a hybrid position, requiring the candidate to be in the Franklin, Tennessee office at least 3 days a week.
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems or related field Database and reporting experience pulling from multiple sources Hands-on experience with designing and developing dashboards using Power BI Experience with leading teams from requirements to solutions.
