We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Intelligence Coordinator, Partnerships within the Business Intelligence Department.
This role will work closely with the Global Partnership Solutions (GPS) Sales and Activation team, maintain our Partnerships CRM, and assist with analysis and strategy through data and storytelling.


What You Will Do: Produce reporting and develop insights to enable data driven decisions like efficient selling, inventory management, and other initiatives Create and manage dashboards to inform strategy on categories, new business pitches, sales pipeline, and areas of opportunity Contribute to the tracking of KPIs such as retention, performance and ranking, and contract fulfillment Simplify and convey complex data and concepts to a cross-functional team of sellers, activators, and marketing Collaborate with Legal and Finance departments to reflect ongoing contract movement and complex billing Carry out ad-hoc analytics projects from inception to completion, with a focus on automation, clarity, and actionable insight What We Need From Our Business Intelligence Coordinator:Experience with data visualization tools and programming skills (SQL and Tableau preferred) Previous experience with CRM (Dynamics or Salesforce) a plus Strong ability to translate technical information to the intended audience Demonstrated self-starter Detail oriented with a curiosity to problem solve and identify solution to discrepancies Ability to work in fast paced environment with quick turnaround times Excellent written and verbal skills.Possess high degree of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and accountability Strong ability to work with others in a collaborative, respectful manner Strong collaboration, communication, time management, problem-solving and organizational skills.Proven ability to multi-task and manage projects on strict deadlines Experience/ Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, and/or Mathematics or a related field required Previous experience in sports industry, entertainment, and/or agency preferred.

This position works mainly indoors, removed from extreme weather; exposure to weather is S-Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
