JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The
Business Intelligence Developer
is responsible for database support, development, and enhancements to assist the assigned department with their reporting needs. Responsible for gathering functional requirements for data and collaborating with the BI Manager and BI Architect to ensure accuracy and integrity of data models per defined business requirements and provide sustainable reporting solutions.

Job Responsibilities
Works with business stakeholders, data analysts, and senior leadership to design, build, and deploy automated, self-service, and sustainable reporting solutions.
Designs and develops reports and interactive dashboards based on business requirements that provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
Creates automated solutions on a prioritized list of legacy reporting in BI tools or solutions.
Coordinates with LLC IT BI manager and Corporate BI team to address gaps in the data.
Facilitates business requirement gathering sessions and analyze and transform requirements into technical solutions.
Collaborates with LLC IT BI manager and Corporate BI team on projects to maintain a clean data structure and "single source of truth".
Ensures accuracy and integrity of data models as defined by business requirements.
Facilitates testing and training of developed solutions.
Creates and maintains documentation as needed.
Stays informed of new features and technologies.
Other
Performs other duties as required and/or assigned.
May be required to travel up to 20% of the time.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good understanding of data modeling and complex database schema.
Expert data integration tools, data modeling, ETL processes and query development.
Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAC or similar.
Advanced level skills with Excel, and proficient with other Office products.
Commitment to project timelines and deliverables.

Education, Certification/License & Work Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Information Science required. Focus on data analytics/business intelligence preferred.
3-5 years' experience with data analytics projects and providing support to End Users.
Technical experience with Excel, SQL, ETL tools.
Snowflake experience preferred.
SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI experience preferred.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Total Rewards Package :
Compensation
Base: $71,000.00 to $97,000.00 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.
Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company's performance and their own individual performance.
