DESCRIPTION ASTA Analytics support Worldwide Amazon Store Talent Acquisition (WWAS TA) on all things data infrastructure, reporting, and insights. ASTA Analytics is seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to partner with WWAS TA's Central Diversity Team (CDIT) and support the curation, automation, and development of Diversity-related datasets and reporting products. Your contributions will be instrumental WWAS TA's ability to track to and achieve various diverse hiring goals and initiatives. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, have a strong attention to detail, an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and be driven by a desire to innovate in this space.
Key job responsibilities
• Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with partnering program owners to understand requirements and translate them into data and reporting solutions.
• Work closely with data engineering, product management, BIEs, Data Scientists and stakeholders to deliver features to customers
• Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis through data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation

Arlington, VA, USA | Nashville, TN, USA | Seattle, WA, USA BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Experience in Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling
