Job Details Work hybrid remote
Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive business intelligence strategy meticulously tailored to organizational goals.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, distilling intricate business needs into potent Power BI solutions.
Craft, refine, and implement datasets (Semantic Models) within the dynamic PowerBI environment.
Deliver ad hoc reports
Conceptualize, design, and deploy impactful Power BI reports and dashboards, serving as vital assets across diverse business functions.
Uphold unwavering data integrity, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability within Power BI solutions while continually integrating the latest features.
Architect, develop, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services reports and artifacts with precision, utilizing version control tools like TFS/Git for seamless management.
Conduct incisive analysis of business data to unveil trends, patterns, and strategic opportunities, offering actionable insights that drive informed decision-making.
Nurture and lead a team of BI analysts and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration while providing expert guidance on Power BI best practices.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to decipher their unique reporting requirements, delivering bespoke solutions with clarity and efficacy.
Champion robust data governance policies and procedures, safeguarding data quality and integrity while ensuring compliance with stringent security and privacy regulations.
Qualifications Needed: Bachelor's degree is preferred
Business Intelligence, Power BI
Proficiency in Power BI functionalities, including RLS (row-level security), data modeling, and DAX
SQL, SSRS, DAX
Exhibit leadership experience, adept at effectively managing BI teams and fostering a culture of excellence.
Preferred qualifications include familiarity with other BI tools and technologies, a grasp of data warehousing concepts, and certifications in Power BI or related fields.
