Your role within the global Business IT team is to ensure that users have the tools they need to drive the business forward.What You'll Do:Work closely with the global IT team to provide onsite support across multiple time zonesProvision, deploy and assign IT assets to remote and in office employeesSaaS access - responsible for user provisioning/deprovisioning and support related to permission Maintain accurate ticketing and asset management recordsWork with fellow team members on projects to improve systems and operationsMaintain and deploy our corporate communication solution and meeting roomsBe the custodians of business policies (security, asset management and more)Be an SME on our tools by staying up to date on updates and new technologiesExperience with Jira/Jira Service Desk - automation, workflows, issue fields, issue screens, etc.What You Have:3+ years of end-user support (Bachelor degree preferred)3+ years of dedicated application supportExperience with IT integrations (SSO, API, etc)Experience with creating technical documentationSite owner for local and regional officesAbility to work independently and think creatively. Experience supporting SaaS applications such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom and other SaaS applicationsExperience with using a ticketing system such as Jira, Freshdesk, etc.Ability to support predominantly a Mac based environmentAbility to work independently without in-person supervisionUnderstand information security principles and best practicesNice to have:Customer centric person (people person) - enjoy interacting, assisting and solving user problems.Ownership - identifying issues, researching solutions and then implementing fixes. Team player - Assist people in the team and/or passing on learnings so everyone can benefit. Task oriented - enjoy working on a variety of issues throughout the day.Tech savvy with working knowledge of computers and the internet.Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXABenefits:Medical, Dental and Vision insuranceUnlimited PTOFlexible work hoursMaternity/Paternity leaveCatered lunch every Thursday, a healthy snack bar, and great coffee to keep you fueledFlexible spending accounts and 401(k)An employee-led culture team that plans our happy hours, parties, and other events to celebrate our many successesAn established company with a cool, high-velocity work ethos, where each person can make a difference!Impact recognizes the constant change in the modern work environment and the importance of providing employees equipment to excel at their jobs in the office or remotely. To support this initiative, the company has implemented a one time technology stipend for all new employees hired on or after April 1, 2024. Salary Range:$70,000 - $72,700 per year, plus eligible to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant and additional variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance.*This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting.
