Our client, a distinguished law firm recognized for excellence and innovation in legal services, is seeking an experienced Business Litigation Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. Experience Required:3+ years in commercial business litigation.
Key Responsibilities:Conducting depositions and managing witness preparation.Drafting and arguing motions, including dispositive and procedural motions.Representing clients in court appearances for hearings, conferences, and trials.Managing electronic discovery processes, including document review and production.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Strong academic credentials and a proven record of success in litigation.Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to manage complex legal issues effectively.Compensation and Benefits:Salary Range: $135,000 to $160,000 (based on experience, skills, and other relevant factors).A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), Paid Time Off, pension plan, and more.This salary range applies to candidates based in Buffalo or Rochester and may vary based on experience, skill level, and other criteria.
