Seeking a senior-level (5-10yr) Business/Commercial litigation attorney to join our dedicated team of Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation professionals to assist our partners with Federal and State Court litigation throughout the Firm's geographic footprint.
We handle Bankruptcy, Insolvency and Creditor Rights matters, Commercial & Complex Litigation matters, Land Use & Real Estate Litigation and General Business Litigation.
Candidate needs to be driven to excel and able to provide quick turnaround on litigation issues. Excellent research and writing skills are a must. Also, an outstanding attitude, work ethic and effective communication skills are required. You must be driven to work hard, succeed on behalf of our clients and do so with passion and professionalism, in and out of court.
Additional considerations are as follows:
Significant experience drafting a wide variety of motions, memoranda, pleadings and discovery in state and federal courts.Strong work ethic and enthusiasm.Excellent academic credentials.Active member in good standing of the Bar required.Multi-state admission is preferred, but not required.Education: Candidate must have a JD degree from an ABA-approved law school.
Experience: minimum of 5 years legal experience.
