What we need from you:
Associate or bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of education and experience supervising others in a senior living or hospitality environment.
Minimum five to seven years of experience in senior living, hospitality, or related industry to include the billing, office management, and customer relations.
Minimum two to three years of supervisory experience to include training and supervising staff and developing and managing a budget.
Fundamental accounting experience is a plus.
Able to assist in moving residents during emergency situations
Ability to lift/carry up to 25 lbs. and push up to 40 lbs., including carts as necessary.
Able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
Able to be mobile and perform the physical requirements of the job to include bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling and repetitive motions.
Background clearances as required by government regulations.
