Role Overview: As the second Business Operations hire, you'll be joining a young team with a lot of autonomy and decision-making power over the future of the company, while also having access to mentorship from your manager and the rest of the Business team. This role offers hands-on experience in working with engineering teams, analyzing technical documentation, and supporting the Halliday leadership team within the dynamic blockchain industry.
Key responsibilities: Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making Develop and maintain operational processes, systems, and metrics to optimize efficiency and scalability Partner with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Sales and Marketing, to align on business objectives and drive execution Lead special projects and initiatives aimed at improving business performance and driving innovation Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior leadership to support key business initiatives and investment decisions What we offer: A role with significant autonomy to build out the next generation infrastructure of the blockchain space.
