We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for continuously monitoring the project lifecycle to identify gaps and provide training.
The QA Specialist will also be attentive to reporting, join a set number of calls each week, and work with management on improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Project Lifecycle Monitoring: Continuously monitor all stages of the project lifecycle to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
Ensure that quality standards and project requirements are consistently met.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to verify adherence to quality processes.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide targeted training to team members to address identified gaps.
Develop and update training materials and documentation.
Conduct training sessions to ensure understanding and compliance with quality standards.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance activities and project status.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality issues and resolutions.
Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication: Join a specified number of project calls each week to stay updated on project progress and challenges.
Collaborate with project teams to address quality issues in real-time.
Provide feedback and guidance to project teams to improve quality outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Work closely with management to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Participate in the development of quality assurance policies and procedures.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in quality assurance.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably within the technology or professional services industry.
Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and QA tools/software.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the IT or software industry.
Certification in Quality Assurance or Project Management.
Familiarity with Kaseya products and services.
