Seeking an experienced Business Process Project ManagerResponsible for overseeing critical business processes and systemsOnsite, full-time exempt position with comprehensive benefits
Responsibilities
• Plan, manage, and execute technology projects• Work closely with technical teams and stakeholders• Manage project timelines and resources effectively• Provide technical expertise and guidance• Develop and implement change management strategies• Train team members and stakeholders on new systems and processes• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards• Other duties assigned
Requirements
• 1-3 years of project management and related experience• Strong technical background and understanding of general business operations• Prior exposure to the equipment rental business is beneficial• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and organizational competencies• Experienced in presenting information to audiences of varying sizes and backgrounds• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional skills in Excel• Some experience with business intelligence tools• Proficient in managing numerous projects simultaneously with attention to detail and organization• Experienced in applying change management principles• Knowledge of APIs and SaaS models a plus• Experience working with Python programming language a plus
