Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of seven (7) years of business experience. Requires prior management, supervisory or team leader experience. Experience evaluating resistance in adopting change at the user, process, and technology level. Experience reviewing and providing quality assurance of deliverables. Problem solving and analytical skills. Project, time, and people management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with technical and non-technical staff, at all levels of management.
Candidate must be local or nearby to Florida and with FX Program knowledge in Human Service/Healthcare experience.
