Business Reporting ManagerSalary: £45,000-£50,000

Purpose of Job: To produce, manage and continuously improve business reporting to internal and external stakeholders and to provide data analysis, insight and management information on business performance.
Principal Accountabilities Business Reporting To oversee and develop both internal and client reporting to identify key trends, areas of risk and opportunity, and to enable the business to make informed decisions based on its current and forecast performance.Compilation of weekly, monthly and quarterly client reports, quality assuring and working with internal stakeholders to continually improve submissions.To produce regular reporting for the wider strategy team for key governance forums and on an ad hoc basis as required.Support the quality review of internal governance papers to drive continuous improvement.To manage the analysis, insight and reporting process for Social Value.Performance Based Fee To produce insight and management information on the business' performance against quantitative scorecard targets, using statistical analysis techniques to identify trends and root causes of variance.To provide quality assurance and support to business leads in forecasting Performance Based Fee performance.Annual Business Plan To manage the development of business plan KPIs, including working with internal stakeholders to produce forecasts, targets and reporting capability.DfT Relationship Day-to-day point of contact for reporting between the CrossCountry business and the Department for Transport (DfT).Experience, Knowledge, Qualifications & Training Required Analytical skillsAbility to present information clearly and creativelyExcellent written and oral communication skillsHighly organised and good attention to detailDesirable Qualification in StatisticsOrganisational and planning skillsRelationship managementClosing date for applications is 28th September 2024 We acknowledge the importance of our people's diverse experiences, talents and cultures.
