Business Services Team Specialist Location Hybrid remote in Sheboygan, WI : Join us as the Business Services Team Specialist to ensure the successful execution of various tasks within the three BST areas (PDM/Transitions, Creative Services, and Sales Support). You will have direct interaction with both internal and external stakeholders in this role and will be responsible for ensuring information is delivered accurately, efficiently, and on time. This role will support workload capacity shifts by flexing support to the BST area where workload is highest. ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Reviews Bill of Material (BOM) changes (Change Orders/ECOs). New part setups, and new FG item setups utilizing the required source documents (Technical Information Sheets, Packaging Information Forms, New Part Request Forms, Private Label Specifications, Agile request information). Analyzes daily and weekly audit reports and takes action to remedy product setup discrepancies or initiates BOM changes. Provides support to the Sales Support Team (SST), encompassing tasks such as entering pricing and commission rates, completing customer forms, aiding in customer bids, and managing various office-related responsibilities. Assists the Creative Services Team (CST) by handling overflow tasks such as claim entry, photography, and reviewing printed samples. Conducts thorough reviews of color proofs and print samples, meticulously documenting any observations or findings. Additionally, responsible for assembling mock-ups and capturing photography of product samples. Additional miscellaneous responsibilities encompass: o Finalizing destroyer submissions. o Evaluating slow-moving or obsolete items. o Overseeing Change Order/ECO processing along with new part requests. o Organizing and maintaining project archives and files. o Engaging in special projects as designated. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Associate's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field required; or in lieu of degree, we will consider candidates with a combination of education and relevant experience. Bachelor's Degree is a plus. Minimum of one year of professional work experience in one of the following is required: departmental/team administrative support, supply chain or project management. Requires excellent attention to detail, passion for excellence in accuracy, strong project management and communication skills, and a willingness to take the lead on special initiatives. Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Comfort with PC, Agile PLM (product lifecycle management) & JD Edwards database system, and Adobe Suite software is a plus. Familiarity with a content management system (Media Box) is a plus. Excellent attention to detail is required as all data related information must be correct. High appreciation for customer service and clear communication. Product knowledge and understanding of the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act (FPLA) requirements are a plus. A familiarity with professional development models such as Crucial Conversations, Dale Carnegie Skills for Success, Situational Leadership, as well as understanding business product lifecycles.
