Create a positive first impression as you greet clients, guests, and visiting employees.Manage incoming and outgoing courier and other packages or mail as required.Support the annual management plan by accomplishing key performance indicators as identified by management.Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, responsiveness and exceptional customer service skills.Perform other facility management assignments as described by team and manager.Direct guests to the appropriate meeting host.Register visitors with lobby security via client web portal and notify host upon arrival.Maintain a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedure, rules and regulations.Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.Responsible for booking meeting rooms through client web portal and notify Facilities Coordinator regarding set-up details.Assist with setting up and breaking down rooms before and after meetings and provide preliminary IT support.Support the mailroom as directed by Mailroom Manager.Monitor security cameras from work station.Provide administrative support, including copying, printing, shipping, and setting up courier service.Sound like you? To apply you need to possess: Minimum 2 years customer service related experience.Proficient in a range of information technology tools and platforms.Excellent organization and communication skills, both oral and written, proficiency in English required.Ability to perform minimal physical activity such as walking and carrying small packages.Estimated total compensation for this position: 42,640.00 – 42,640.00 USD per year
