Business Support Specialist I

Business Support Specialist needed for a new contract Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
The Business Support Specialist shall be responsible for administrative tasks in support of the various organizations assigned.
Tasks may include record keeping, test administration, ad hoc research, data entry of quality control metrics, scheduling applicants, verifying test scores, monitoring test labs, processing travel orders (op and other administrative tasks as needed.
Contract will support the Applicant Processing Center, and Deployment Readiness Center.
Work will support all facets of applicant recruitment and hiring processes in the following areas: - Applicant Gateway Help Desk - provides first echelon support to potential applicant's interaction with answering questions.
- Applicant Navigator - provides help to applicants identified for additional screening and processing.
- Applicant Welcome Center - greets applicants arriving for in-person processing and provides help with logistical needs during the day.
- Applicant Experience Manager - assist with all areas of the applicant's on-boarding process.
- Test Proctor and Validation Services - schedule, register, and verify test scores as well as monitor testing labs.
- Deployment Readiness Center - provide essential services before, during, and after deployment for personnel that supports overseas operations and missions.
Experience Required, in addition to the appropriate security level: High School diploma Three (3) years of experience using Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Three (3) years of experience using Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Skype for Business, OneNote, web browsers (Chrome, Edge, IE) and database entry.
Three (3) years of experience performing general office work with strong interpersonal computer and organizational skills.
Familiarity with PeopleSoft programs.
Complete all mandatory training as provided by the Government to support the organization assigned.
