We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst - eCommerce who will be responsible for analyzing science, engineering, business and all other data processing problems for application to electronic data processing systems. A typical business systems analyst is responsible for analyzing user requirements, procedures and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations.
Role and Responsibilities: Daily conduct system log monitoring and troubleshoot any interface errors or issues with online orders mainly within SAP R/3 system.Support eCommerce process improvement projects and initiatives through evaluation of current work processes and identification of improvement strategies.Distill vision and strategy for the team. Evangelize and motivate cross-functional teams.Assist in preparation of project planning and coordination, including but not limited to: scheduling, defining roles and responsibilities and documentation.Work with cross-functional teams including HQ, engineering teams, operation teams, and vendors if required.Assist in presenting re-engineered processes to all levels of the organization.Required Experience and Education: At least 2-5 years of experience supporting operations and product delivery using SAP R/3.Bachelor's degree in relevant field required (Computer science or information sciences and technology undergraduate degree strongly preferred).Demonstrable ability to look for areas of improvement and propose process improvement initiatives.Proven ability to use Microsoft Office products at an Expert/Advanced level.Experience in Confluence and JIRA preferred.Necessary Skills and Attributes: Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.Strong analytical skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Korean speaking is a plus and strongly preferred.Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by contract employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Specific vision abilities required by the job include the ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time-sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenges, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
