We are seeking a talented Business Systems Analyst to join our Digital Team and play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our current operational practices and our vision for a unified, efficient, and secure global standard. This position offers a unique opportunity to drive significant change and improvement across our processes, systems, and digital security.
As Business Systems Analyst you are part of the Global Digital Team and the in-house expert on core applications such as ERP and Serialization. Your deep understanding of the software modules, features and technical background ensures these systems hold no secrets for you. You are the bridge between Business on one end and Digital Systems on the other. You are an excellent communicator and in close contact with stakeholders to gather their demands, understand the business processes, and advise on system usage. As project manager you implement software changes within time and budget following Change Control procedure that includes writing and executing test scripts. You empower users by supporting them in how to work in the most efficient way.
Your responsibilities include
Systems Management and Coaching: Become an expert in leveraging our core systems, including ERP/WMS and Serialization, to empower and coach end users, enhancing business efficiency and system utilization.
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Expertly gather, analyze, and document business needs, transforming them into detailed requirements that align with our strategic objectives.
Project Management: Lead and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, coordinating with stakeholders and mitigating risks to achieve optimal outcomes.
Software Changes: Manage and implement critical software changes, overseeing activities from change control and functional design to testing, documentation, and training.

Your background,

qualification, and skills
At least 5 years experience in a manufacturing / industrial / pharmaceutical work environment.
At least 5 years experience with leading role and proven in-depth experience in ERP/WMS including implementation and continuous improvement projects.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate with all layers in an organization.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering or equivelant.
Certified in Business Analysis Proffesional, Project Management, ITIL
Experience in Project Methodologies Agile, Scrum or equivelant
Demonstrated knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python and API such as REST and SOAP.
You are heavily service/customer oriented
Excellent communicator and collaborator with all layers of the organization
Pays close attention to detail, ensuring that all aspects of business processes and systems are thoroughly analysed and documented.
Feel comfortable to work in a high pace and changing environment
Effectively identify and analyse complex issues within business processes and systems
