Business Systems Analyst

Position: Business Systems Analyst Location: Raleigh, NC (Hybrid) Pay: $100,000/year Experience: 2 years in software development and technology systems support Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and business systems analysis Education: Bachelor's degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience Type: Full-time; Direct Hire Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description: Configure and code technology systems, ensuring seamless integration with other solutions and thorough testing before deployment Maintain and upgrade existing systems, working with external vendors and internal teams to resolve system issues Collaborate with the Product Owner, Product Manager and subject matter experts to develop business training materials Support operational processes through troubleshooting and problem resolution Position Requirements: Must have hands-on experience with ERP or CRM software, such as SAP or Salesforce Strong multitasking skills Able to deliver visualization of dashboards to solve problems Must be intuitive and communicate well with people Familiarity with SQL databases, business process mapping and integration interfaces Excellent problem-solving, communication and analytical skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
