Business Systems Analyst Remote Overview: We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to work within our Client Experience Workstream for Outsourced Solutions.
This individual will coordinate with our adjacent Workstreams (sales enablement, business development, delivery, and go-to-market teams) to elicit, analyze, communicate, and details necessary to rollout a client experience solution for all outsourced solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of these areas and will gather and analyze requirements of the client experience on a per-product/complex-solution basis.
These requirements will be used to build a client experience framework and kickoff the client experience procedural items for each applicable client post-go-live and manage changes across teams.
This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Requirements: Stakeholder Engagement and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, goals, and challenges.
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather and document detailed requirements.
Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Map and model current and future state processes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Data Analysis and Interpretation: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making and identify trends.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Solution Design and Recommendations: Develop and propose actionable recommendations based on analysis to address business problems or opportunities.
Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
Project Management Support: Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring deliverables meet scope, timeline, and budget.
Track project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
Change Management: Support change management initiatives by assessing the impact of changes on processes and stakeholders.
Develop and deliver training materials and communication plans to facilitate smooth transitions.
Performance Measurement: Define metrics and measurement criteria to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Continuously monitor and assess the impact of changes on client experience and business performance.
Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, process maps, and project plans.
Prepare and present reports on findings, recommendations, and project status to stakeholders.
Strategic Planning and Alignment: Contribute to the development of strategic plans by providing insights based on business analysis.
Ensure that proposed solutions and initiatives align with the organization's strategic objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to propose innovative solutions.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
TECHNICAL SKILLS: Required: Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
