Practice Overview The Technology Practice primarily focuses on assisting clients in making critical decisions about their technology strategies, while also providing support for implementing and optimizing new technology solutions. Telework Friendly As this position is entry to developmental level, our expectation is that our people have access to coworkers, resources and mentors that are only available at our Chicago, IL office at this time. However, we do offer telework on a number of days each week to enable a sound work / life balance. As teammates grow with us and become more independent, remote work from other cities is addressed on a case by case basis.
Position Overview We are seeking a highly driven entry level Business Systems analyst with knowledge of the processes and tactics required for defining, building, managing and delivering technical and data solutions. Education and Experience should include understanding current client needs, identifying solutions, organizing a strategy around customer outcomes and delivering value back to our clients. As a key contributor for the Technology practice within Transparent, the Analyst must stay on top of the bleeding edge of marketing technology including emerging capabilities that will allow our customers to support the next generation of the marketing function.
Position Qualifications 4-year college degree in related field (Systems Engineering, Computer Science, IT Systems Management, Business and Marketing)0-2+ years of experience in supporting business & technology analysis and implementation at consultancies, technology providers, and/or client-side industry rolesStrong background with implementing technology to deliver business valueAbility to take initiative and work in collaboration with internal team as well as external partners (brands, agencies and platforms)Ability to understand broad business issues as well as the immediate urgencies that help shape the direction of business initiativesStrong communication skills – must be able to clearly communicate our approach in presentations with internal and external teammates.Ability to communicate complex topics in writing and verbally with audiences of varying understanding and backgroundsAbility to develop a consultative approach to solving complex challenges to deliver on measurable business resultsResponsibilities Technical Analysis Management Support the collection and documentation of key business and functional requirements to achieve expected deliverables defined in project scopeServe as a value added member of marketing technology assessments, design and delivery projects.Work alongside other Transparent teams (Data and Analytics and Accounts) to understand client needs to guide Transparent towards our client deliverablesMarketing Concepts & Systems Support projects that assess the current state of client technology and data ecosystems.
